Great Treats Shake & Win terms and conditions

1. The Great Treats Shake & Win (the “Campaign”) is organised by The Great Eastern Life Assurance Company Limited (“Great Eastern”). To be eligible for the Campaign, participants must be Users (as defined below) of the Great Eastern Rewards mobile app (the “App”) from 12 Nov to 25 Nov 2025 and must have redeemed the “Your Chance to Shake & Win” deal in the Great Treats campaign for a chance to win prizes by playing the “Shake & Win” game. All dates and times stated are in Singapore Time, UTC +08:00. There will be strictly no extension to the campaign period. 
2. A User refers to a new sign up or existing Great Eastern Rewards account and where such users have been verified as Great Eastern customer on the App. User can verify themselves as a Great Eastern customer by tapping on the ‘Verify as a Great Eastern customer’ button under the ‘Me’ profile tab in the App and follow the on-screen steps to complete verification.
3. The successfully redeemed “Your chance to Shake & Win” deal must be reflected in your Transaction History under the “Me” profile tab in the App for you to be eligible for a chance to win one (1) of the following prizes in Great Treats Shake & Win: 2 x Sony WH-100XM5 BT Headphones, 4 x Samsonite Enow Spinner Luggage 55cm
4. Eligible participants will be notified via an in-app notification on 1 December 2025 to play Shake & Win from 1 – 7 December 2025. Participant are reminded to enable their app notification in order not to miss out on the notification.  
5. Each participant will be allowed 5 shakes per day from 1 – 7 December 2025 or until they have won a prize, whichever is earlier. Once a participant has won a prize, they will no longer be allowed to “Shake & Win” on subsequent days. 
6. Winners shall self-collect their prizes from the location stated on the prize vouchers issued to winners. The prize voucher can be found in their App wallet located under ‘My Vouchers’. Prizes must be collected before the expiry date stated on the prize voucher. There will be strictly no extension to the expiry date of prize vouchers.
7. The decision of Great Eastern shall be final and binding on all participants. Notwithstanding anything herein, Great Eastern has the absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of any participant for the Campaign.
8. Great Eastern shall be entitled at its sole and absolute discretion to replace or substitute any of the prizes with another item of equal or similar value selected by Great Eastern. Each prize is not exchangeable for cash or for any other items.
9. This Campaign is not valid with other offers or promotions held by Great Eastern unless otherwise stated.
10. By participating in the Campaign, each participant agrees and consents to Great Eastern and its related corporations (collectively, the "Companies"), as well as their respective representatives, the Companies' authorised service providers and relevant third parties (the Companies and all the other foregoing parties, collectively, “Great Eastern Persons”), collecting, using, disclosing, and/or sharing amongst themselves such personal data, for purposes reasonably required by the Great Eastern Persons to conduct and administer the Campaign which the participant is signing up for and such other purposes as described in Great Eastern's Privacy Statement (collectively, the “Purposes”) which is accessible from Great Eastern Singapore’s website, which each participant confirms they have read and understood.
11. Each participant’s consent herein supplements but does not supersede nor replace any other consents that participant may have previously provided to Great Eastern Persons, and each participant’s consents herein are cumulative and additional to any rights which any of the Great Eastern Persons may have to collect, use, and/or disclose of a participant’s Personal Data, with or without that participant’s consent, to the extent permitted under applicable law.
12. In addition, where personal data of any person is disclosed by a participant, that participant further confirms and represents that the participant has obtained the consent of the person concerned for the Purposes, unless such consent is not required under applicable laws: (i) to collect such personal data; (ii) for the disclosure of such personal data to the Great Eastern Persons; and (iii) for the Great Eastern Persons’ collection, use and/or disclosure of such personal data.
13. Participants acknowledge and accept that each prize is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Great Eastern does not warrant, represent or guarantee the usability or quality of the prizes as they are provided by a third party. To the fullest extent permitted by the law, Great Eastern disclaims all warranties (whether express or implied) including but not limited to warranties that the prize will meet the prize winners’ requirements, warranties of satisfactory quality, warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. All issues with regard to using each prize shall be directed to the relevant merchant that provided the prize and not to Great Eastern. Participants acknowledge and accept that the prize may also be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by the third party merchant providing the relevant prize.
14. Great Eastern shall not be liable for or be responsible in respect of any expenses, losses, costs, damages, liabilities or other consequences of whatsoever nature (collectively “Losses”) suffered or incurred directly or indirectly by participants of the Campaign howsoever caused or arising and without limiting the generality of the foregoing, whether by reason of or on account of any act or omission whether negligent or otherwise on the part of Great Eastern or its employees or agents.
15. Great Eastern reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions or withdraw this Campaign at any time without prior notice.  
16. By participating in the Campaign, the participants shall be deemed to have agreed to abide by all terms and conditions of participating in the Campaign as set out here, including any amendments, additions, replacements and modifications hereto as may from time to time be made by Great Eastern.
17. The terms and conditions of the Campaign shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Singapore law. The courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from the terms and conditions, including the validity and enforceability thereto.
