Temporary unavailability of Great Eastern Rewards points exchange in OCBC STACK

1. When will the points exchange be available?

We are currently aiming to have the points exchange function for Great Eastern Rewards in STACK available again in Q2 2025. We will provide another update on the access date soon.

2. I have linked my Great Eastern Rewards in STACK, what will happen to my account?

After 6 February 2025, you will no longer be able to check your balance, exchange points, or redeem vouchers via STACK.

Your Great Eastern Rewards account will be automatically unlinked during this period. To continue using the points exchange feature, you will need to relink your account when it becomes accessible again.

3. Will my exchanged voucher(s) in STACK be affected?

Exchanged voucher(s) will not be affected. You may still utilize the exchange voucher(s) under My Voucher > Active tab from STACK platform at stackrewards.com.

4. How do i check or know my available GREAT Dollars balance?

To view your current balance, please log in to your Great Eastern Rewards App.

5. When can i do with my balance GREAT Dollars in Great Eastern Rewards App?

You may exchange your GREAT Dollars for various vouchers by browsing the GREAT Catalogue in the Great Eastern Rewards App.
