Updates to the Great Eastern Rewards app

We are constantly improving the Great Eastern Rewards app and will be implementing Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP to enhance its security.
To facilitate this change, please refer to the guidelines below to verify your Great Eastern Rewards account with your corporate email address and follow the necessary next steps by 22 June 2025.

1. How do I verify my account?

  • In the Great Eastern Rewards app, go to “Me” > “Access and privileges” > click on “Verify as a Great Eastern Customer” and follow the steps.

2. How can I determine if I am a policyholder?

  • You are a Great Eastern Policyholder if you have any policies with us, which includes corporate Insurance and GREAT Dengue Cover.

3. I am a Great Eastern policyholder. How do I know if my account is verified?

  • Log in to your Great Eastern Rewards account. Under the “Me” tab, if you are able to see “Send GREAT Dollars to Friend” option, the account is a verified account. 
  • If the account is not verified, you will see “Verify as a Great Eastern Customer” button instead. Kindly verify yourself as a Great Eastern policyholder by clicking this button and follow the steps. 

4. I am a Great Eastern Policyholder. Can I verify multiple accounts?

  • No, the verification can only be tied to 1 account per policyholder.
  • You will need to verify your corporate account to continue receiving rewards for corporate activities (eg: Sales Challenge).
  • Should you choose not to verify your corporate account, you will no longer be able to receive rewards for any corporate activities (eg: Sales Challenge) and your corporate account will be deactivated after 22 June 2025.

5. What happens to my account if I do not verify it before 22 June 2025?

  • Unverified accounts will be closed after 22 June 2025·      
  • Any balance of GREAT Dollars in unverified accounts will be converted to our third-party rewards platform, Wogi.

6. If I am a policyholder and I have multiple accounts what should I do?

  • You may consolidate your GREAT Dollars from the various accounts to the one account that you decided to retain. Refer to FAQ #7 on “Can I consolidate my GREAT Dollars”.
  • Otherwise, we recommend you to utilise all GREAT Dollars before 22 June 2025.

7. Can I consolidate my GREAT Dollars into 1 account?

  • Yes, you can if you are a policyholder.

a. You will first need to verify the account that you are transferring GREAT Dollars out of (ref to #1).

b. Upon verification, you will see an option “Send GREAT Dollars to friend” on your “Me” tab. To transfer GREAT Dollars to the intended account that you want to retain, you will need to enter the amount of GREAT Dollars to transfer, and the email address linked to the account. 

c. After transferring the GREAT Dollars to the intended account, log in to that account and accept the transfer of the GREAT Dollars. 

d. Lastly, verify that account for continued access to Great Eastern Rewards App and your GREAT Dollars. 

8. Can I transfer my balance GREAT Dollars to my friend/family member’s account?

  • Yes, you can if you are a policyholder.

a. Your account needs to be first verified as a policyholder to perform the transfer.

b. In Great Eastern Rewards app, under “Me” tab, “Send GREAT Dollars To Friend”, enter the amount of GREAT Dollars to transfer and the recipient’s email address. 

c. The recipient will need to accept the receiving of GREAT Dollars. Upon completion, a successful prompt with the balance will be displayed.

d. For more information, can refer to the FAQ in the app at the bottom of “Me” tab.

9. What happens to my GREAT Dollars if I am not a policyholder and unable to verify my account?

  • You will need to utilize your GREAT Dollars and/or vouchers before 22 June 2025.
  • Any balance GREAT Dollars will be converted to Wogi$ by 15 July 2025.

10. I missed the deadline to transfer my GREAT Dollars / use my voucher. What happens to them?

  • Any balance of GREAT Dollars will be converted to a third-party rewards points platform and will no longer be available for consolidation or transfer in Great Eastern Rewards App after 22 June 2025. 
  • Unused voucher will expire along with the Great Eastern Rewards App account. We are unable to extend the validity of vouchers.

11. What is the third-party rewards platform my GREAT Dollars will be converted to?

  • Wogi is a third-party rewards platform that Great Eastern Rewards has partnered for this exercise. The currency used on their platform is known as Wogi$.
  • Wogi$ can be use on Wogi to redeem for vouchers. Details on remaining points and redemption process will be shared with users on 15 July 2025.

12. When would I receive my Wogi$?

  • Any balance of GREAT Dollars not utilized before 15 June will be converted to Wogi$.
  • You will be receiving an email with an activation code and steps to redeem the Wogi$ by 15 July 2025. This email will be sent to the email account linked to your Great Eastern Rewards App the account with your GREAT Dollars balance. You may check your Wogi$ balance on the Wogi link provided.

13. Where do I find my third-party rewards points?

  • An activation code will be emailed to you on 15 July 2025. Enter the activation code through the provided URL to receive the third-party rewards points – Wogi$.

14. Will Wogi$ have an expiry date?

  • Yes, Wogi$ have an expiry date.
  • Please activate your Wogi$ with the activation code, to be sent via email on 15 July 2025, before the stated expiry date. No extension is allowed for failure to activate the provisional code or utilizing the Wogi$ after the expiry date.

15. How do I use Wogi$?

1. Enter the unique provisional code received at the URL provided

2. Choose and redeem the preferred voucher(s)

3. Follow the redemption step

4. For subsequent access to Wogi x Great Eastern Rewards page, follow step 1.
