  • The Great Eastern Life Assurance Company Limited and its related corporations (collectively, “GE”) using, processing and disclosing to GE’s tied agents and financial adviser representatives Your personal information (including identification number and IP address) and account, policy, financial, transactional and/or other data (including from or relating to joint accounts or policies) obtained either via the Singapore Financial Data Exchange or otherwise (such personal information and data collectively, the “Data”) for the purposes of (i) evaluating the financial planning services suited to Your needs, (ii) assessing and processing Your applications or requests, and/or (iii) the provision, by GE and GE’s tied agents and financial adviser representatives, to You of any financial planning services; and
  • GE’s tied agents and financial adviser representatives using and/or processing Your Data for the purposes of (i) evaluating the financial planning services suited to Your needs, (ii) assessing and processing Your applications or requests, and/or (iii) the provision of any financial planning services. 

For the avoidance of doubt, the consent that You provide here shall remain, and shall not be deemed to be revoked, notwithstanding the revocation by You of separate consents that You have provided, whether in relation to the Singapore Financial Data Exchange or otherwise.
