The Great Eastern Women’s IPPT is a non-competitive fitness assessment where we encourage women of all fitness levels to participate. Through your performance, you will be able to better understand your body, allowing you to set achievable fitness goals and plan for your health in the long run.
Our point system references the one used by the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF), Singapore Police Force (SPF) and Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF). As the national IPPT is a physical fitness test used by servicemen and servicewomen to gauge their fitness ability and operation readiness, we have referenced these standards and adapted the scoring standards for ladies at the Great Eastern Women’s IPPT.
Ladies who are able to obtain ≥ 51 points over the three stations will achieve a ‘GOOD’ grade while ≥ 75 is ‘GREAT’.
