1. This Promotion is open to all females who are interested in participating in the Great Eastern Women’s Run (GEWR) 2024 and who are physically present at the GEWR 2024 Launch Event held at Urban Park at Guoco Tower on Tuesday, 21st May 2024, 11.30am – 7.00pm (the “Launch Event”) (each a “registrant”).
2. The first 116 registrants at the Launch Event will receive one (1) pair of complimentary Great Eastern Women’s Run 2024 race slots to participate in any race category. To qualify for this promotion, the registrant must be:
a. a female registrant who is physically present at the Launch Event; and
b. representing herself in the queue; and
c. wearing a GEWR race t-shirt from any of the past GEWR editions (2006 – 2023).
A pair of promo codes will be provided to the first 116 registrants in the queue. Registrants must use the promo codes to complete registration online at www.greateasternwomensrun.com to confirm their race slot(s). Registration is not confirmed until successful registration on the registration page and issuance of a race confirmation email. Promo codes will expire at 11.59pm on 5th June 2024.
3. All other registrants (i.e. the 117th registrant onwards) who sign up at the Launch Event will be eligible for an on-site launch promotion rate (equivalent to 15% discount, refer to table below). The on-site launch promotion rate is only available for registrants (including members of the public, Policyholders, and Loyal Runners) who purchase race slots on-site at the Launch Event on Tuesday, 21st May 2024 from 12 noon to 7.00pm.
A registration code will be provided upon successful payment of the relevant registration fees. Registrants must use the registration code to complete registration online at www.greateasternwomensrun.com to confirm their race slot(s). Registration is not confirmed until successful registration on the registration page and issuance of a race confirmation email. Registration code(s) will expire at 11.59pm on 5th June 2024.
