1. This Promotion is open to the first 350 female policyholders who have submitted a new application and purchased the following qualifying plan(s) listed in paragraph 2 (“Qualifying Plan(s)”) from The Great Eastern Life Assurance Company Limited (“GELS”) within the business submission period listed below. The plan’s application status must not be withdrawn, terminated or declined during the business submission period. Female policyholders must have given their consent to receive marketing materials from GELS via email on or before 19 October 2022 in order to be contacted if eligible for the Promotion.
2. To be eligible for the Promotion, the application has to fulfill the qualifying criteria set out in paragraph 1 and 2 (“Qualifying Criteria”):

3. One (1) pair of Great Eastern Women’s Run 2022 Individual Category race slots for either the 5km or 10 km category will be awarded to the first 350 female policyholders who satisfy the Qualifying Criteria (“Eligible Policyholder”). Each Eligible Policyholder is entitled to receive only one (1) pair of Great Eastern Women’s Run 2022 Individual Category race slots for either the 5km or 10 km category, regardless of the number of Qualifying Plan(s) purchased.
4. GELS will send the Eligible Policyholders an Electronic Direct Mailer (EDM) with the Great Eastern Women’s Run 2022 Individual Category 5KM /10KM race slots promo codes and redemption details; to the email address provided in the Eligible Policyholder’s application for the Qualifying Plan(s).
5. The Eligible Policyholder will need to redeem the Great Eastern Women’s Run 2022 Individual Category 5KM /10KM race slot promo codes by 11 November 2022 to be entitled to the complimentary Great Eastern Women’s Run 2022 Individual Category 5KM /10KM race slots. The Eligible Policyholder can select whether they wish to participate in the 5km race or the 10 km race (subject to availability).
6. This Promotion is not valid with any other offers or promotions held by GELS, unless otherwise specified by GELS.
7. GELS reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions or withdraw this Promotion at any time without prior notice. The decision of GELS on all matters relating to this Promotion shall be final and binding on all customers.
8. Participants in the GEWR shall be subject to the terms and conditions governing the GEWR.
9. Notwithstanding anything herein, GELS has the absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of any person to participate in the Promotion. If GELS subsequently determines that a person is in fact not eligible, for any reason whatsoever, GELS may at its discretion, disqualify such person from participating in the Great Eastern Women’s Run 2022.
10. Great Eastern and its related Corporations (collectively, the “Companies”) shall not be liable for or be responsible in respect of any expenses, losses, costs, damages, liabilities or other consequences of whatsoever nature (collectively “Losses”) suffered or incurred directly or indirectly by Eligible Policyholders of the Promotion howsoever caused or arising and without limiting the generality of the foregoing, whether by reason of or on account of any act or omission whether negligent or otherwise on the part of the Companies or their respective employees or agents or Representatives, even if the Participants are advised of the possibility of such Losses.
11. By participating in this Promotion, an Eligible Policyholder agrees and consents to GELS and its related corporations (collectively, the "Companies"), as well as their respective representatives, agents, the Companies' authorised service providers and relevant third parties (the Companies and all the other foregoing parties, collectively, “Great Eastern Persons”), collecting, using, disclosing, and/or sharing amongst themselves each Eligible Policyholder’s personal data, for purposes reasonably required by the Companies to administer this Promotion and such other purposes as described in Great Eastern's Privacy Statement (collectively, the “Purposes”) which is accessible from Great Eastern Singapore’s website at https://www.greateasternlife.com, which each Eligible Policyholder confirms they have read and understood.
Eligible Policyholders consents herein supplement but do not supersede nor replace any other consents which may have previously been provided to Great Eastern Persons, and such consents herein are cumulative and additional to any rights which any of the Great Eastern Persons may have to collect, use, and/or disclose Eligible Policyholders’ personal data, with or without your consent, to the extent permitted under applicable law.
In addition, where personal data of any person is disclosed by any Eligible Policyholder, Eligible Policyholder further confirms and represents that the Eligible Policyholder has obtained the consent of the individual concerned for the Purposes, unless such consent is not required under applicable laws: (i) to collect such personal data; (ii) for the disclosure of such personal data to the Great Eastern Persons; and (iii) for the Great Eastern Persons’ collection, use and/or disclosure of such personal data.
12. The terms and conditions of this Promotion shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Singapore law. The courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from the terms and conditions, including the validity and enforceability thereof.
