The head of a financial advisory agency, Ye Kai believes in not only inspiring his colleagues but also inspiring change – which he aims to do via a run for an international charity.
"Being the head of Advisors’ Clique Cares (a charity arm in our agency), I aspire to do my bit and will raise funds by participating in the Gobi Desert Race Ultra Marathon (250 km)."
What inspired you to take up this cause?
The inspiration came during the Great Eastern Kickoff, where the company invited an external speaker, Mr. Thaddeus Lawrence, who shared his experience of running the 4 deserts race.
What does Great mean to you?
As the lead of a financial advisory agency, Great is being able to inspire my team in more ways than one. I want to take the lead to run for an international charity and raise awareness for social causes.
