View your medical claim settlement letter

Starting from 11 October 2024, in support of our efforts to Go-Green and reduce our carbon footprint with paperless notifications, we have discontinue our hardcopy Medical Claim Settlement Letters which were sent via postal service. Your Medical Claim Settlement letters have been made accessible to you as an eDocument.

Customer will be notified via SMS and email once the eDocument is ready for viewing on eConnect. To view this eDocument, customers can log in to their eConnect upon receiving the notification.
