View your medical claim settlement letter

From 11 October 2024, in support of our efforts to Go-Green and reduce our carbon footprint with paperless notifications, we will discontinue our hardcopy Medical Claim Settlement Letters which are sent via postal service. Your Medical Claim Settlement letters have been made accessible to you as an eDocument.

Customer will be notified via SMS and email once the eDocument is ready for viewing on eConnect. To view this eDocument, customers can log in to their eConnect upon receiving the notification. 

Please be reminded to update your mobile number and email address on eConnect so that you do not miss the latest notifications regarding your eDocument.
