Great Eastern Corporate Portal

The Great Eastern Corporate portal is a website where HR personnel, insurance brokers, and appointed third party providers manage information and insurance policies on behalf of their members. They will be able to generate reports and view documents as well. 

Follow the login instructions in the welcome email from Great Eastern’s Group Insurance Operations team.

You can: 

  1. View the list of members 
  2. View policies 
  3. Submit/View claims 
  4. Submit/View Premium billing 
  5. Select reports to generate Select eDocuments to extract 
  1. Log in to the Great Eastern Corporate portal. 
  2. Tap the three bars at the top right corner of the page and select Account
  3. Tap Change password
  4. Key in your current password and the new password and tap Continue
  5. Tap Done

Yes, but each claim must be submitted individually with its own set of required documents.

  1. Log in to the Great Eastern Corporate portal. 
  2. In the left navigation, tap Claims
  3. Tap Claim submission
  4. Tap Submit a new claim
  5. Search for the member whom you’re making the claim submission for, by keying in at least one of the following criteria:
    Member name
    Identification number
    Policy number
    Subsidiary 
  6. Tap Search
  7. Under “Claim details”, select the relevant claim type from the drop-down menu. 
  8. Select the date of the incurred expense. 
  9. Tap Continue
  10. Complete the questionnaire and tap Continue
  11. Upload the relevant supporting documents (only PDF, PNG, or JPEG files not exceeding 3MB per file accepted). Tap Continue.
  12. Ensure that the information you have provided is accurate. 
  13. Check the box to indicate your agreement to the declaration statements and tap Continue.
  14. View your claim submission status. 
  1. Log in to the  Great Eastern Corporate portal. 
  2. In the left navigation, tap Claims
  3. Tap Claim details
  4. Under “Policy”, select the relevant policy from the drop-down menu. A list of the claims for the policy (submitted, being processed, completed) will be displayed. 
  5. Select the relevant claim to view the details.

  2. In the left navigation, tap Reports
  3. Select your search criteria and tap Generate report.
  1. Log in to the Great Eastern Corporate portal. 
  2. In the left navigation, tap Members
  3. Tap Bulk update
  4. Download the template provided. 
  5. Follow the instructions within the template. 
  6. Upload the completed template (only Excel files smaller than 11MB accepted). 
  7. Tap Submit
