Make a retrenchment claim

Follow these steps to make a claim.

Step 1: Download and complete these documents

  1. Retrenchment Claim Form
  2. Retrenchment Claim Instruction Page

Step 2: Attach supporting documents

  • Retrenchment letter from employer 
  • CPF contribution statement that includes 12 months prior to retrenchment AND 3 months after retrenchment date
  • Salary slip that includes 12 months prior to retrenchment

Step 3: Submit your documents
