The ILP Sub-Fund invests all or substantially into the LionGlobal Singapore Trust Fund (“Underlying Fund”) managed by Lion Global Investors Limited (“Manager”). The ILP Sub-Fund aims to achieve long-term capital appreciation by investing primarily in securities of companies incorporated in, operating principally from, or deriving significant business presence or risk exposure from Singapore. The investments of the ILP Sub-Fund shall be diversified among various sectors.
