These policies are protected under the Policy Owners’ Protection Scheme which is administered by the Singapore Deposit Insurance Corporation (SDIC). Coverage for your policy is automatic and no further action is required from you. 1. The General Insurance promotion (“Promotion”) is applicable strictly to selected eligible policyholders of Achievers Campaign 2023 who purchase any of the plan types (as defined at paragraph 5), from 6 September 2023 to 30 April 2024, both dates inclusive, based on date of purchase.

2. A voucher value of S$50 will be credited in the form of 5,000 GREAT Dollars (“Reward”) to the policyholder’s Great Eastern Rewards (“GER”) account within two months after customer has made the purchase (based on transaction date) and after the free-look period (applicable to HomeGR8 Plus only). The policyholder must download the GER App to receive the Reward and to redeem the vouchers.

3. This Promotion is strictly non-transferrable.

4. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other campaign codes, discount or promotions, unless otherwise specified.

5. Eligible policyholders who purchased the plan types below will receive the Reward accordingly. Applicable for new policy sign up(s) excluding renewal(s) via the Achiever's campaign website only. Manual application is not eligible.

a. GREAT Maid Premier (26 Month Plan, Silver / Gold / Platinum Plan),

b. HomeGR8 Plus (3 Year Plan),

c. TravelSmart Premier (Classic / Elite Annual Plan),

    A 10% discount (“Discount”) will also be applied for new policy sign up(s) of TravelSmart Premier Classic / Elite Annual Plan.

d. Drive and Save Plus (Comprehensive Plan)

    Drive and Save Plus offer is restricted to private motor vehicle only and is not applicable to:                                                         

i. Vehicles registered under a company name or commercial vehicles;

ii. Insured not driving vehicle policy

iii. Motor insurance policies under any similar schemes such as private hire or Great Eastern General Insurance Limited (“GEG”) Corporate Staff Scheme.

6. For every qualified policy sign up, one Reward will be accorded to the eligible policyholder.

7. Campaign code must be keyed in to be eligible for both the Discount and / or Reward. Any incomplete entries will not be eligible to receive the Discount and / or Reward.  Please refer to “How to Key in Campaign Code” below for instructions on keying in of the campaign code.

8. The Reward including any unused value cannot be exchanged for cash, kind, or other denominations and are subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by the third-party merchant.

9. Once the Reward has been credited to eligible policyholder’s GER account, policyholders will not be allowed to cancel their policies. Should the policy(s) be cancelled, the policyholder shall return the full voucher value of S$50 to GEG.

10. The e-mail address used to create the GER account must be the same e-mail address provided to GEG during purchase of the policy(s) to ensure crediting of the Reward.

11. GEG reserves the right to withdraw or amend the promotion, terms and conditions of this campaign without prior notice.

12. All decisions made by GEG in relation to this campaign are final.

13. The terms and conditions of this promotion shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with  Singapore law. The courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from the terms and conditions, including the validity and enforceability thereof.

Campaign code must be keyed in at the “Payment” Page under “Campaign Code” at “Premium Summary”.

2. Existing GER users: No action required. 

    New GER users: Download GER App on Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Create and verify your account to receive GREAT Dollars.

3. Policyholder will be notified via email once the crediting is completed.

4. Login into GER and access the GREAT Catalogue at the App's landing page.

5. Choose from the list of vouchers and click “Redeem Now”.
