Terms and conditions
- Great Eastern Birthday Treats for Great Dengue Cover policyholders is a customer rewards programme for policyholders who only hold an active Great Dengue Cover policy from Great Eastern and are between the ages of 17 and above (based on age next birthday).
- Policyholders who are eligible for the Birthday Treats will be notified via electronic mailer (EDM) or short message service (SMS), a month before their birthday month. Only policyholders who have given their marketing consent to Great Eastern will receive the notification.
- The Birthday Treats are available from the day when the policyholder receives the notification and will end a month after the policyholder’s birthday month. For example:
Birthday Month: April
Birthday Treats Start Date: When Policyholder receives the notification
Birthday Treats End Date: 31 May 2025 - All Birthday Treats are non-refundable or exchangeable for cash or in kind.
- There will be strictly no extension of the Birthday Treats offer period.
Birthday Treats (e-vouchers redeemable via Great Eastern Rewards App) - Each eligible policyholder is entitled to redeem each Birthday Treats e-voucher once via the Great Eastern Rewards App only.
- To redeem the Birthday Treats e-voucher, policyholders will have to download and sign up for a Great Eastern Rewards account using a valid email address and verify as a Great Eastern customer with their Personal ID or Policy Number by following on-screen steps.
- Birthday Treats are only available during the valid redemption period as stated under each Birthday Treat e-voucher featured in the Great Eastern Rewards App.
- All Birthday Treats are non-transferrable, non-refundable or exchangeable for cash or in kind.
- Redemption of Birthday Treats e-vouchers are subject to the terms and conditions listed under each Treat e-voucher in the Great Eastern Rewards App and any other terms and conditions to which the relevant merchant may impose.
- Great Eastern is entitled to replace or withdraw the Birthday Treats vouchers at any time without prior notice or liability.
- Great Eastern makes no representation as to the quality of the Birthday Treat as provided by the merchant.
- The Great Eastern 2025 Birthday Treats Campaign for GREAT Dengue Cover-only policyholders ends on 31st May 2025.

1. How do I redeem the birthday treats?
You can redeem the available treats via our Great Eastern Rewards mobile application, please refer to the terms and conditions for the respective treats in the mobile application.
The treats can be found under '<Month> Birthday Treats' after your verification as a Great Eastern customer in the Great Eastern Rewards mobile application. (For example, March Birthday Treats).
2. How do I sign up for an Great Eastern Rewards account?
Download Great Eastern Rewards mobile app from the respective app store. Once downloaded, tap on “Sign up”, enter a valid email address and create a password. If you are a Great Eastern customer, please register and follow the steps as indicated within the app.
3. I have an existing Great Eastern Rewards account. Why am I unable to see the birthday treats?
You will need to verify yourself as a Great Eastern Policyholder, following the steps below:
For existing Great Eastern Rewards users (who have yet to verify their account as a Policyholder) |
