Through the programme, clients can complete their Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) with complimentary certification - helping them take an important step towards protecting their wishes and giving their loved ones greater peace of mind.

Time: 5.30pm to 9.30pm
Registration fee: $10 per registration, inclusive of one guest, chargeable to the Financial Representative regardless of attendance. Fee is non-refundable.
Changes to registration: Please make any changes at least one day before the event date.
Pre-registration is required as slots are limited. Walk-ins are not encouraged and subject to availability.
To make the most of your client's certification session, here's what you'll need to prepare your client beforehand.
1. Submit the LPA Form 1 online
Ensure that your client completes and submits their LPA Form 1 before attending the certification session. Apply for LPA: click here
2. Ensure the Donee(s) have accepted their appointments
All Donee(s) and Replacement Donee(s), if any, must accept their appointments before their session.
3. Present the MSF SMS notification
Upon arrival, client and/or their guest will need to present the SMS notification from MSF via “gov.sg”. This SMS should confirm that all appointments have been accepted and that they may visit a Certificate Issuer to sign their LPA. They will need this SMS to obtain a queue number for certification.

Important notes:
- Applicant(s) are required to complete and submit their LPA Form 1 online and ensure that all Donee(s) and Replacement Donees(s), if any, have accepted their appointments, before attending the certification session.
- Upon arrival, Applicant(s) are required to present the SMS notification from the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) via "gov.sg" stating that all Donee(s) and Replacement Donees(s) have accepted their appointment and that you may visit a Certificate Issuer to sign your LPA. This SMS is required to obtain your queue number for certification.
