Receive Policy Payouts from Great Eastern
As we move towards a cheque-free Singapore, Great Eastern is going digital for all our payment transactions.

PayNow is an electronic fund transfer that allows you to receive funds conveniently using your NRIC or UEN without the need for bank account details or documents.
You can register for PayNow via internet banking with any of the PayNow participating banks.
At registration, you are required to link your NRIC number to your bank account. Please note that you must have already registered for PayNow before you can receive funds by providing your NRIC to Great Eastern.
A SMS/email/letter will be sent to your registered contact with Great Eastern on the completion of the PayNow funds transfer.
You may indicate your preferred mode in your written request. Other modes of payment that Great Eastern provides are:
- Direct Credit into your bank account – you can complete the authorisation form and submit to us at least 1 month before the payment due date.
- Telegraphic transfer / Bank Draft – for policyholders who do not have any bank account in Singapore.
No, you will continue to receive your current payout via direct credit.
If you wish to update the arrangement, you can complete the authorisation form for us to update your record accordingly.
In Great Eastern, PayNow is only made to Great Eastern policyholders who have their NRIC linked with the participating banks.
You may check your bank's internet banking portal / mobile banking app for your PayNow details and the respective bank account on the payout transctions.
PayNow is only available for local fund transfer via Singapore Dollar.

The PayNow service is offered by Great Eastern free-of-charge to our policyholders.

At present, PayNow is being operated by a third-party service provider appointed by the industry-wide scheme owner for PayNow. Adequate measures have been implemented to ensure the integrity, security and confidentiality of this data.
