2. that all the information I provide is true and I agree that the Company can cancel the insurance and/or reject the insurance claim in accordance with Article 251 of the Commercial Code if I provide incorrect information, whether intentionally or unintentionally.
3. understand and agree to comply with the laws and regulations governing the Crimes of Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism and Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction and I will be responsible for all risks arising, including rejection of transactions and closure of insurance participation.
4. I am willing to accept the Policy and other supporting documents that will be issued by the Company via electronic media including my personal means of communication and/or other means determined by the Company.
5. understand that this insurance program and product is only valid for Indonesian citizens (“WNI”) and hereby declare that I am a legitimate Indonesian citizen.
