What type of claim would you like to submit?
If a complaint occurs regarding the purchase of a product/and use of a service, the Prospective Policy Holder/Customer can contact the Customer Contact Center through the methods and mechanisms determined and notified by the Company.
The Company is obliged to resolve complaints no later than within 20 (twenty) working days and the Company may extend the time limit for resolving complaints up to the following 20 (twenty) working days by notifying the Policyholder in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
