2. e‑Voucher will be provided in the form of an e-flyer or voucher code sent via WhatsApp to the registered mobile phone number.

4. e-Voucher includes a Free Dental Consultation and a IDR 50,000 discount, applicable when treatment is undertaken during the same visit.
5. e-Voucher can be used with no minimum transaction value.
6. Use of the e-Voucher must be informed to the receptionist or Customer Service when making an appointment via WhatsApp (+62 8 123 111 5751).
7. e-Voucher must be presented to the staff during the clinic visit.
8. All transactions are non-refundable.
9. Each e-Voucher is valid for one (1) patient only.
