Terms and conditions to get 1x Free General Practitioner Consultation from Yes Dok:

1. 1x Free General Practitioner Consultation from Yes Dok is given to all Customers who purchase insurance products from PT Great Eastern Life Indonesia (“Great Eastern Life Indonesia”) via GoGREAT! website during the program period.
2. E‑voucher will be provided in the form of a code sent via WhatsApp to the registered mobile phone number.
3. Please ensure the registered WhatsApp number is valid and active.
4. E‑voucher will be delivered in 14 working days after the Policy is issued and after the Policy free‑look period has passed.
5. Customers are required to comply with the terms and conditions set by Yes Dok.
6. E‑voucher is non‑transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Terms and conditions to use 1x Free General Practitioner Consultation from Yes Dok:

1. E-Voucher is valid until 31 December 2026.
2. E‑voucher can be used according to the validity period stated in the message received via the official WhatsApp account of Great Eastern Life Indonesia.
3. E-voucher provides a free consultation session and can only be used via Yes Dok application.
4. The consultation package may be used (as a sponsored benefit) together with up to 4 (four) dependents (spouse/children/parents).
5. Customers are required to comply with the terms and conditions set by Yes Dok.
6. E‑voucher is non‑transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be combined with other promotions, and can only be used once (1 time) by 1 (one) Customer.
7. If the transaction is canceled, the used e‑voucher cannot be returned, transferred, or exchanged for cash. In case of issues, Customers may contact Great Eastern Life Indonesia customer service.
8. Yes Dok reserves the right to cancel orders or e‑voucher codes if any fraud or manipulation is detected
9. E-voucher only applicable on official Yes Dok application available on the App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android).
10. Great Eastern Life Indonesia and Yes Dok are not responsible for any losses caused by Customer negligence.

How to Use or Redeem the Voucher Code:

1. Download Yes Dok application via App Store/Google Play Store.
2. Open Yes Dok application, then create an account by tapping the Register button.
3. Complete your personal information through the Profile menu.
4. After successfully entering the Main Page, click the Payment menu on the Yes Dok homepage.
5. Enter or redeem the Voucher Code you have.
6. Return to the YesDok homepage.
7. On the YesDok main page, tap the “Konsultasi Langsung, Sekarang!” banner.
8. Wait for a call from the Doctor, then answer it to begin your consultation session.
