Notes:

• Entry age: 20 - 65 years (last birthday)
• Insurance Period: 1 – 25 years, until the Participant reaches 70 years of age (last birthday)
• Sum insured: 
  • Minimum: Rp. 175 million
  • Maximum: According to Underwriting provisions
• Insurance Benefits: Insurance benefits: In the event that the Participant dies due to any cause during the Insurance Period and the Policy is still valid, Great Eastern Life Indonesia will pay the Death Benefit in the form of, whichever is smaller:
  • The insurance amount decreases to the amount stated in the notification letter from the Policy Holder regarding the remaining balance of the principal loan and interest on the loan at the time the Participant dies, without taking into account arrears, late interest, fines or other charges; or
  • The insurance amount decreases according to Great Eastern Life Indonesia's calculations.
