GREAT Health Guard Insurance is a group health insurance product issued by PT Great Eastern Life Indonesia. This product provides health benefits for companies with a minimum of 10 (ten) employees.

• Participant Entry Age:
• Employee and Spouse: 18 years – 65 years
• Children: 0 – 25 years
• Maternity Benefit: Maximum 45 years
• Age Calculation Method: Last Birthday Method
• Premium: Based on age, gender, and selected insurance benefits
• Insurance Benefits: Based on selected benefits
• Insurance Period: 1 (one) year and extendable until the Participant reaches 70 years of age
• Premium Payment Period: Premiums are paid according to the coverage period
• Risk Selection: Based on Group Risk Selection
• Costs: Premiums paid by the Policyholder include acquisition, administration, fund management, bank commissions, and salesperson commissions (if any).
