- Call our Customer Contact Center at (021) 2554 3800 (Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM).
- Contact Great Eastern Life Indonesia via WhatsApp at +62 811 956 3800.
- Send an email through our Customer Contact Center at wecaregroup-ID@greateasternlife.com.
- Complete and sign the Complaint Submission form and mail it to:
