In GELM, we understand that a career change can be challenging and cause uncertainties when you have financial commitments.

That is why we offer the GEMS to those who join GELM as a new agent.  The 18-month financing scheme provides you with the following:

• Monthly allowance to cope with your financial responsibilities. You may opt for one of the four flexible plans that may suit your own capabilities and desired results

• Personal mentoring – your Immediate Officer (IO) will be your personal mentor to guide and provide best practices during your daily sessions. Your progress will be reviewed quarterly to ensure you’re on theright path to success.
