Stress management

Week 1: Are you feeling stressed?

Welcome to week 1 of your stress management programme! Over the next 8 eight weeks, we’ll help you boost your stress management skills and take control of the sources of your stress.

Step 1: Find out how you react to stress

Truth is, we all deal with stress in different ways. So you need to understand how you deal with stress, in order to know how to best handle it. To find out, simply take this short quiz. We’ll then guide you through the stress management techniques that best suit your stress personality type.
  • Question 1
Your deadline is coming up at work and you are running short on time. What do you do?
    A) I physically write down what I have to do, find out which are the most urgent tasks and work on those first.
    B) I talk it through with my colleagues and find out what they’d do in my shoes.
    C) I finish whatever I am working on first. The longer I wait, the more stressed I’ll get.
