Manage statement and correspondence preferences

You can conveniently change your correspondence preference (either to receive digital copies on eConnect or hardcopy by post) through via [Correspondence Preference] under [My Profile] on eConnect.

  1. Click on [Login].
  2. Select [View Profile] from the dropdown list.
  3. Click on [Correspondence Preference].
  4. Select hardcopy or electronic mode to receive your policy documents.
  5. Click on [Save].
