Manage statement and correspondence preferences
You can conveniently change your correspondence preference (either to receive digital copies on eConnect or hardcopy by post) through via [Correspondence Preference] under [My Profile] on eConnect.
- Click on [Login].
- Select [View Profile] from the dropdown list.
- Click on [Correspondence Preference].
- Select hardcopy or electronic mode to receive your policy documents.
- Click on [Save].
